What's Included
The prices quoted are all inclusive of electricity, heating, quality linen and towels, though please bring your own towels for use away from the house, e.g. at the beach or pool.
A 'Welcome Pack' (local produce where possible) is also provided on arrival, including milk, bread, cheese, butter, tea and coffee, etc. and Ridgeview bubbly.
Changeover Day
Changeover day is normally Friday, but we can be flexible. Please do ask if you have special requirements.
Short Breaks
Short breaks are available throughout the year (including Christmas and New Year) and are bookable and are bookable as per weekly bookings.
The rate for short breaks is 50% of the appropriate weekly rate (minimum 3 nights) plus 25% of that weekly rate per additional night (up to 6 nights in total).
Partial Occupancy
Unlike most self-catering accommodation, we are happy to accept partial occupancy of the Barn for a reduced rate:

| These reductions are based on 2 people sharing one bedroom, and apply to both the full weekly and short-break rates. | |
Special Events
*Note that we do not normally increase our rates at the time of Special Events. However, due to the exceptional nature of events in Summer 2012, special rates may apply.
Deposits
A deposit of one-third of the total price is required to secure your booking, plus a £200 deposit against breakages and damage, which will be returned at the end of your stay if all is in order. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your visit.
